Meet your facilitator
Robin Shaw is Australia’s leading wine tourism educator with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of roles. In 2004 Robin received a prestigious Winston Churchill Fellowship to study global wine tourism innovation, after which she developed a suite of industry resources including The Australian Wine Tourism Toolkit for Winemakers’ Federation of Australia. More recently, she was involved with the development and delivery of Wine Australia’s Growing Wine Tourism program and has been invited by Adelaide University to present the Masters of Wine Business Wine Tourism and Direct Wine Marketing & Cellar Door Management courses.
Robin and her team have developed and delivered numerous workshops and staff training programs across Australia and South Africa on topics including Cellar Door Service & Sales, Creating & Delivering Memorable Experiences, Mastering Outbound Phone Sales and DTC Marketing Essentials.
